  • Why should I book using this website?

    By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2pm, but we can usually accommodate and earlier check in.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 8pm.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, we are a non-smoking premises.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    Yes, Club Cowra is adjacent to the Motel for meals.

  • Do you have room service?

    Yes, for both lunch and dinner. We also have a bar in the restaurant.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    We are centrally located 200m from Cowra’s main street, including Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, chemists and boutique shops.

  • Do you have Foxtel?

    Foxtel is currently unavailble - due back February 2025.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, forfeit the full amount for the first cancelled night.

  • Is there trailer parking available?

    Our secure off-street parking doesn’t allow for trailers, but we do own a carpark adjacent to our Motel for large vehicles.

  • Is breakfast available?

    We do offer a continental breakfast for an additional charge. We are within walking distant to cafes that open early for a cooked breakfast.
